Signature Programing
Equal Space’s signature programs support founders, creatives, and operators through access, visibility, and connection. Core initiatives include MarketSPACE, a curated marketplace for local brands, Blueprint, an invite only leadership series for ecosystem builders, and Open SPACE, our recurring open campus experience. Each program is designed to foster growth, collaboration, and real opportunity within our community.
Partnered Programming
Our partnered programming expands access to capital, networks, and industry insight. Through VC Office Hours, in partnership with Audible, we bring investors directly into our spaces to meet with founders. We also partner with NJ Code and Coffee, the New Jersey chapter of a national network, hosting regular meetups that connect technologists, creatives, and entrepreneurs through shared learning and networking.
City Wide Activations
Equal Space leads citywide initiatives that strengthen Newark’s innovation and small business ecosystems. Through Newark Tech Week and Newark Small Business Week, we convene founders, companies, and community members across accessible events, workshops, and experiences. These activations support collaboration, visibility, and long term economic growth throughout the city.
