We will be celebrating Small Business Week with a resource driven and fun experience for entrepreneurs. Get ready for an evening with brilliant local leaders and funders. You will be able to engage funders and resource organizations dedicated to provided insight on your business growth.

SO YOU WANT TO BE A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTEE?
The Port Authority of NY & NJ will be hosting a prime event for Small Business Week 2023. They will be hosting 2 workshops for entrepreneurs interested in gaining access to WMBE and MBE certifications, helping you prepare your business to become certified to work with the government. They will also be hosting a talk-back with government contractee pros teaching you the world of RFPs and opening a new income stream for you.

WOMEN-IN-NOVATION
Women-In-Novation (WIN) is our signature interactive event that celebrates the achievement of all women, which we will be hosting during SBW this year. We bring in powerhouse speakers like Lindsey Holmes and Nathalie Molina Niño who speak on socially relevant subjects. Our speakers know how to connect with people of all generations and build connectivity. Women In-Novation brings so much to the table.

MarketSPACE: The SBW Edition
MarketSPACE was created to bring more awareness to local entrepreneurs and increase circulation of wealth within our community! It is an amazing experience is full of exciting performances, music, conversations, and vibes! We host over a dozen local vendors, specialized in everything from hand-made crafts, clothing, self-care, home decor, and more! This event series is helping so many local entrepreneurs and creatives in Newark.
